Easy Daily No Knead Bread (Only 4 Ingredients, Very Easy) | Kkuume꾸움

* Introducing some really good recipe. The start point of this recipe is https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/11376-no-knead-bread, from 'Jim Lahey'.
I added what I know, how to bake more fluffy bread and I made this recipe guide video. Kudos to Jim Lahey for creating such a wonderful and creative recipe.
* With the same ingredients as a baguette, it tastes almost the same as a baguette, but it is much easier to make. I didn't try this method because I thought the 'shape of bread' had to neat.(Yes, pretty shape would be nice too)
Yes! This method is easy, but it doesn't come out perfectly neat shape(like bakery one). But, it's still cool and beautiful though. Anyone can make this delicious and wonderful bread really, really, really easy.
* Just mix 4 ingredients together in the evening, and then bake ​fresh bread in the morning ^^

♣ Oven
* in the heated pot with a lid) Preheat 250℃ / 500℉
Bake in 230℃ / 450℉ for 30 mins Remove a lid Bake another 15 mins more
* on the heated baking pan or cast iron skillet with No lid) Preheat 250℃ / 500℉
Bake in 250℃ / 500℉ for 5 mins 230℃ / 450℉ for 30 mins for about 35 mins

♣ Ingredients
** 1cup(250ml) \u0026 1Tbsp(15ml) ** I wrote measuring cup measurement as a service, but I use and recommend ‘g’ measurement. *
▷water 300g (300ml) *have to adjust how much water you need(must follow video)
▷instant dry yeast 1g (1/4tsp)
▷salt 8g (1+1/2tsp)
▷bread flour 400g (about 3cups)

Q : My kitchen is so hot. Is it okay to proof bread?
A : Use cold water to decrease temperature of dough.

How to keep it
* Put it in a food container and store it at room temperature. It is delicious to eat within 2 days. Or, when the bread is fresh, it is frozen and then naturally defrosts and have it.
* If you already sliced bread, you can toast sliced frozen bread in a toaster directly. (Easy + Good!)

Q : How can I bake when I reduce the amount of ingredients in half?
A : All the previous steps are the same. Only the baking 'time' is different.
With lid : 20 mins at 230C/450F Remove lid and bake for another 10 mins
Without lid : 5 mins at 250C/500F(or the highest temperature of each oven) Lower to 230C/450F and bake for about 20 to 25 mins

No knead Overnight Milk Loaf Bread (Good Morning Milk Loaf) | Kkuume

♣ Oven
* Bake in 190℃ / 374℉ for about 25 mins

♣The food container size I used in the video 23*15cm

♣ Ingredients (loaf pan 22.5*10.5*9.5cm)
** 1cup(250ml) \u0026 1Tbsp(15ml) ** I wrote measuring cup measurement as a service, but I use and recommend ‘g’ measurement. *
▷water 105g (105ml) *have to adjust how much water you need(must follow video)
▷milk 105g (105ml)

▷instant dry yeast 3g (3/4tsp)
▷sugar 30g (2Tbsp+1tsp)
▷salt 5g (1tsp)
▷melted butter 15g (15ml) *If you want more butter flavor use 20g(ml) of butter
▷bread flour 300g (2cups)

IMPORTANT NOTE
If your fridge temperature is lower than 4℃/39℉(recommended temperature 5℃/41℉), morning fermentation takes more time than mine. Also, the lower the fridge temperature, the longer it will take.

A : The proofing time at the room temperature is not that long in this recipe. So, you don’t need to worry. It’s not a big issue. Just make sure your fridge temperature is below 5℃

A : Proof and fold it 10mins*10mins*10mins at intervals
