The Fast Slow GO™ features:
- 14 shortcuts and appliance settings including pressure cook, slow cook, soup, stock, meat, stew, steam, sauté, legumes, rice/grains, risotto, reduce, as well as new features - yogurt, and sous vide
- 3 hands-free steam release settings including ‘natural pressure’ which slowly subsides inside without releasing steam; ‘pulse pressure’ which releases in bursts to reduce disturbance to the food and ‘auto quick pressure’ which releases quickly to minimize overcooking
- A stainless steel construction with 3-way safety system incorporating a pressure release valve, a pressure safety valve and a safety locking pin
- A 6qt stainless steel bowl with an impact bonded base that evenly and efficiently distributes heat and is dishwasher safe
