아식스 매직스피드(2E) 러닝화-리뷰1

기존에 나왔던 카본플레이트 레이싱화는 발볼이 좁아서 저같은 발볼러들은 신기가 매우 불편했었는데요! 이번에 새로 출시된 아식스 매직스피드 모델은 아예 발볼이 넓게 나왔다고 합니다! 고민할것두 없이 일단 사게되네요 ㅎㅎ

mind RIP : 저도 신고달려봤는데 아식스가 진짜 이 제대로 갈았다고 생각합니다. 더 상위 모델인 메타 스피드 스카이는 얼마나 더 좋을지... 그리고 6월쯤 출시되는 엣지도 기대됩니다.

오늘따라더예쁘십니다 : 풀렝스 카본 플레이트가 약간 S자로 휘어졌기 때문에 달릴 때 어떻게 발에 탄성을 주는지는 대충 상상이 되는데 전족부에만 있는 카본 플레이트가 어떻게 탄성을 주는지 그 매커니즘이 굉장히 궁금하네요.. 곧 색상 좀 많이 풀리면 구매해봐야겠습니다. 그나저나 이 녀석은 중고나라 안 간 건가요 ^^?

Wend Le : Thanks for cancer awareness mention. I beat breast cancer Stage IIIC and am now a Cancer Registrar! Studied for the hard exam while going through treatment and brain fog. Now I mentor women going through it. Still fighting joint pain from chemo, but not letting it keep me from running.
Adam Davis : Why, Seth, does the appearance of more outsole detract from your scores? I would expect that the outsole score would only be on performance, and then if 'too much' rubber raised the weight then the (worse) weight score might offset the (maybe better) outsole score than if the outsole rubber were 'just right'. Do shoe companies ever respond with their design philosophies as to how a given outsole works within the entire system of the given shoe for its purpose?

cristianfcao : I think for a TRAINER, extra durability (over 100 miles) is WAY more important than saving a couple of grams (20 at the most?) by shading the outsole.
dfidge : I bought the Magic Speeds and unfortunately they have aggravated my Achilles’ tendon to a point I’ve had to stop running for 2 weeks and now only getting back with slow runs. I’ve seen a podiatrist who specialises in running injuries and he has seen a number of other runners have similar issues with these shoes.

The heel in the shoe is very soft and the foot then needs to work to come back on top of the 3/4 length carbon plate which causes stress on the Achilles tendon.

That’s combined with a relatively low drop is causing quite a few issues. So I won’t be using this shoe as a tweener it will be a dedicated track shoe for 400m or 800m repeats only. I’ve already stuck some heel lifts in it to try and increase the heel height and keep my foot/heel on top of the carbon plate.

Not so much of an issue for a forefoot striker but if you’re a heel striker (like me) this is not the shoe for you!!!
