Palmetto State Armory produces American made AK's. Their PSA AK-104 is a 12.5" pistol chambered in 7.62x39.

What is the 1911 Syndicate? We do a few things. We started out as a real estate company primarily targeted at serving the military/LE/shooting/hunting communities. Stonerman15 : Love 7.62x39. What’s sad is it’s so stigmatized. The pressure in the round is perfect. It’s almost like the .45 of the rifle world. Even small rifle cartridges (243, 270) and the 30-30 also just has way, way more gunpowder and pressure than the 7.62x39...

holden guns : bulgy CR rifle gas blocks have a muzzle devise detent at the 2 oclock position compared to the ak-104 1 oclock position. only time this comes into play is when youre putting a zenitco sport 1 kit or B30 rail on it.

I'm experiencing light primer strikes that I believe are due to the Tula ammo that I'm using. Wolf, Brown Bear, and Barnual have fired and cycled flawlessly.

777gs Gs777 : The failure to feed on the ak104 might be due to it being under gased. I have one and it is gased well with the booster. Since you do not have the booster brake on it anymore, then it could cause issues. Not sure. The hard primers usually are not an issue with my psa AKs. Send it back and have them fix the firing pin.
Keith Hudson : Those look like they're cycling kinda slow. Am I crazy? I know these PSA AK's are known to be on the undergassed side but that's like watching a bolt move in slow motion.
