나나 : 돌리는 큐브도 맞출수있고 소마큐브도 맞출수 있음 어릴때 소마큐브 해봐서 ㅎㅎ
학원은 위험해 : 3차원적인 도형을 최대한 밑에다가 두면 쉽게 맞출수있습니다.^^
우리나라백효상 : 이거 우리집에 있는데 ㅋㅋㅋ 처음에는 너무 어려웠는데 하면서 조금씩 쉬워져서 그나마 재미있음

Smiler Grogan : I made one of these in 1978 and found it again just recently. I spent 3 hours and only managed 5 of the many hundreds of arrangements. Still, it doesn't need batteries and works anywhere with a flat surface!
Emsley Wyatt : I discovered that if you leave out the three cube piece the remaining six can be formed into a larger version of it. This led me to create two additional pieces, both using four cubes. The first has the four in a simple straight line, the second in a 2x2 box. You can then use the eight pieces to form larger versions of each of them.

덴마크의 수학자이자 발명가이며 시인이었던 피트 하인(Piet Hein)이 1933년에 개발한 소마큐브는 일곱 개의 조각을 조합하여 하나의 정육면체를 만드는 일종의 장난감이예요.
소마라는 이름은 올더스 헉슬리(Aldous Huxley)의 소설 '멋진 신세계'에 나오는 환각제의 이름을 딴 것으로, 소설에서는 사람들이 무료한 시간을 보내기 위해 소마를 사용하는 것으로 나온대요. 그만큼 소마 큐브가 시간 가는 줄 모르게 갖고 놀기 좋은 물건이라는 뜻에서 지어진 이름이라고 해요^^
