wminglisam : I tried it!! Pretty happy with the result although my cake did not rise as high but I think it could be because I'm using a bigger baking tin 20x20cm. I've tried a few other recipes previously and always ended up with a layer at the bottom of the cake that looked uncooked. This is the first time the whole cake turned out nice! Thanks for sharing!

Jy S : 과거 방송에서 식용유 넣었다며 마치 못먹을거 넣은것처럼 말도 안되는 기사로 대왕 카스테라가 엄청난 타격 입었던것 기억 나네요 홈베이킹 하는 사람 으로서 어이 없었던게 식물성 오일은 건강에 더 좋다라는 인식도 있어서 일부러 식용유 넣는 분들도 많았고 현재도 제누와즈나 파운드케이크에도 당연히 넣는 오일을 가지고 악랄한 방송 때렸던 방송사와 기자 진심으로 반성 하기를. 그리고 대왕 카스테라 번창하시길 바랍니다!
