HP Laserjet P3015 CE255A CE255X: Refill Toner Cartridge

How to Remanufacture toner cartridge CE255A CE255X for use in HP Laserjet P3015d, P3015dn, P3015X

HP Laserjet P3015 uses 2 types of cartridges:
CE255A low yield (6,000 pages)
CE255X high yield (12,500 pages)

Things needed:
Screwdriver
Flush cutting wire cutters
Toner for HP P3015 (295g for CE255A and 590g for CE255X)
Drum
99% isopropyl alcohol
Compressed air or a toner vacuum

TEST PRINT
1. Press MENU button
2. Press DOWN ARROW until INFORMATION appears on the display.
3. Press OK
4. Press DOWN ARROW until the test you wish to print appears on the display. Configuration Page is the best to use.
Press OK

CLEANING PAGE
The cleaning page help to keep the fuser free of toner particles.
1 Press "MENU" button
2 Press "DOWN ARROW" until "CONFIGURE DEVICE! appears on the display.
3 Press OK
4 Press "DOWN ARROW " until "PRINT QUALITY" appears on the display.
5 Press OK
6 Press "DOWN ARROW" until "CREATE CLEANING PAGE" appears on the display.
7 Press OK
8 Load the cleaning page face down in tray 1
9 Press the "DOWN ARROW" until "PROCESS CLEANING PAGE" appears on the display
10 Press OK

CHANGING PRINTER DENSITY
1. Press "MENU" button
2. Press DOWN ARROW until CONFIG DEVICE appears on the display.
3. Press OK
4. Press DOWN ARROW until PRINT QUALITY appears on the display.
5. Press OK
6. Press DOWN ARROW until TONER DENSITY appears on the display.
7. Press OK
8. Press DOWN ARROW until the desired settings (1 - 5) appears on the display. the default setting is 3.

REPETITIVE DEFECTS:
Drum 95 mm
Charge roller 38 mm
Magnetic roller 50 mm
Lower Fuser roller (printer) 79 mm
Upper Fuser roller (printer) 76 mm
Transfer roller (printer) 43.6 mm

ERROR MESSAGES:
10.10.00 error: Bad or missing cartridge chip
10.91.00 cartridge error
10.XX.YY supply memory error: Bad or missing cartridge chip
13.XX.YY: Paper jam
50.1 fuser error: Low fuser temperature (TH1)
50.2 fuser error: Fuser warm up
50.3 fuser error: High fuser temperature
50.4 fuser error: Fuser drive circuit failure
50.8 fuser error: Low fuser temperature (TH2)
50.9 fuser error: High fuser temperature (TH2)
51.XY scanner error
52.XY scanner error (motor)
57.XX fan error
