멜버른 시티 위치 좋은 저렴한 호텔 추천 | 그랜드 챈슬러 호텔 ｜Melbourne Hotel Grand chancellor review #멜버른호캉스
자유여행 계획하면서 호텔 선택 정말 힘들죠 ㅠ
한번 가보고 예약만 할 수 있다면!
그래서 제가 가 봤습니다.
이번에 다녀온 호텔은 멜번시티에 위치한 그랜드 챈슬러 호텔이예요. 멜번 센트럴에서 걸어서 10분거리라서 너무 멀지도 않고, 너무 시끄럽니도 않을 것 같은 거리.
4 star 호텔인데, 솔직히 전체적인 느낌은 그렇진 않아요.
빌딩 자체가 오래되서 그런지 럭셔리 럭셔리는 아닌 듯.
스텝들도 막 완전 친절하기 보다는 몇몇은 엘베에서 마주쳐도 인사 안 하는 스텝도 있고, 몇몇은 완전 밝게 인사하기도 하고.
그래도 체크인. 체크아웃 전후에 짐보관 같은 거는 되고,
아랫쪽에 식당이 있어서 룸서비스도 가능하고요.
(근데 주변에 먹을 식당도 많이 있다는)
앞으로 제가 지내보는 호텔 영상들을 꾸준히 업로드 할 계획입니다.

Here I brought Grand chancellor hotel which located in Melbourne city. Near has public transport and many restaurant you can dine in or take away.
But I would give them 3 out of 5
★ ★ ★ ☆☆
The reason is even though location is good, I didn't feel it is 4 stars hotel. Some of staffs are friendly, but not all of them.
Cleanse was not that great, especially fan in the bathroom was filthy with dust.
But it was impressing that swimming pool had warm water, so if you decide to stay here, please don't forget to take swim wear.

Travelling to Melbourne and not sure where to stay? i've done a few videos on things to do/ eat/ see whenever you're in Melbourne but i figured what was lacking was a review of a couple accommodation options when in Melbourne. So... this is that video.

Ok - In this video we dive real deep into two hotels that i stayed at during my time in Melbourne, one that is an affordable accommodation (the Brady Hotel), and the other, a luxury accommodation (The Blackman Hotel).
The Brady Hotel:
30 Little La Trobe St, Melbourne Victoria, Australia
The Blackman Hotel:
452 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne Victoria, Australia
I paid AUD $70 for the night at the Brady Hotel, and leeched 2 nights off my friend at the Blackman Hotel (~$250 - 280 / night at the time i checked the hotel).
i reviewed the two Melbourne accommodation based on the hotel room itself, the location, and the hotel facilities, and then finally making an assessment as to which one was better value for money.

if you read til the end - hello from singapore! i'm here on an extended layover and am looking to film a bunch of videos. but man i somehow got really sick and have zero appetite to eat but there's so much i WANT to eat :( booooooooooo
nazfromqueens : Wow. 70 is a great room rate and looks great too. We love boutique hotels. That second hotel is quite the place. I guess if we were spending more time in the hotel we would go with the second choice but if we were gonna be out most the day then we would stay at the Brady. Mini bars are a great way to double your hotel bill lol.
Two Hungry Diners : Brady hotel for the win! It works great and functional too, great for budget traveler for sure. Nice find Janice, this is the first time we heard of it. I guess it's because it's quite new :D
The Blackman hotel is popular to stay for bridal party so you can get great prep and bridal shots in the room since it's luxurious and spacious but still quite affordable compared to big hotel chains like Hyatt or Hilton.

Nu Yoo : I've never been to a hotel with a balcony, that's really cool. Would I ever spend time on the balcony in a hotel room? Nope, but nice to have it. I think for me I would go with the brady hotel, it looked perfect for anyone who plans to spend most of their time outside.
layla. swin : With the ‘mini bar’ in Melbourne with most hotels the fridge comes empty and sometimes there is a bowl or cupboard with snakeskin in it but you pay for each item and they are all over priced ( eg. once I stayed at one where a snickers bar was $7.50 AUD )
nazfromqueens : Wow you really had a productive trip to Melbourne. Nice of your friend to get you that room in the second hotel. Naz rates her rooms based on cleanliness and pretty much nothing else.
Grand Hyatt Melbourne | Top Luxury Hotels in Melbourne Australia
The Grand Hyatt Melbourne hotel is a luxury 5 star hotel in Melbourne, Victoria. The hotel has 550 guest rooms and suites. The hotel is located at 123 Collins Street, in the of Melbourne’s CBD area and at the Paris end of Collins Street.
Collins Kitchen on the ground level serves up some delicious meals. In the video I show the some of the meals I ate, including Collin’s Kitchen menu. I also tried hotels in room dining. Again, fantastic food. Check the video for the Hyatt’s in room dining menu.
Do try the Grant Hyatt Melbourne’s fantastic buffet breakfast, one of the best in buffets in Melbourne. There is a huge selection of foods, both cold and hot.
For drinks try a beer or cocktail at Ru-Co Bar on the ground level.
Rooms start from the Grand King Room and go up to their Suite rooms that cost over $3,000. Rooms come with free Wi-Fi, fully stocked mini bar, climate controlled air conditioning, in room safe. The city views of Melbourne are wonderful but the rooms with the best views are river view ones. These give amazing views of the Yarra River and of Melbourne. Some of the best views from a hotel in Melbourne. The Club access rooms give access to the Grand Club Lounge on the 31st floor of the Hyatt. From here you can get amazing panoramic views of the Melbourne skyline. Best when the city lights come out. It’s a great place to chill out and unwind.
To get the best rates at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, have a look at the hotel’s own website. When I checked on making this video the cheapest room rates were with World of Hyatt Members. These rates were around $20 dollars cheaper than the standard rates. Have a look at comparison booking sites such as TripAdvisor, Trivago.com and HotelCombined.com as well. I use Agoda and Bookings.com as well or depending on what site you may have points with.
Other facilities at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne include their 24 hour fully equipped state of the art fitness centre and outdoor tennis court.
In this travel video I review the hotel as well as compare it to some of Melbourne’s other top luxury hotels to see how it stacks up. For me I think the Grand Hyatt is a fantastic hotel to stay at. It is one of Melbourne’s best upmarket hotels and definitely worth looking at when you are looking at accommodation in Melbourne.
