The Story Behind This Watch

This is an excellent example of a rarely and carefully worn Hublot Big Bang Black Magic Evolution. It features a 44mm bead blasted ceramic case, which gives this watch a stealthy, matte black appearance. The dial is genuine carbon fiber, and the watch features a date window at 4:30 and a chronograph. It is finished off with the original Hublot lined rubber strap and PVD darkened steel deployant buckle.


The Big Bang debuted in 2005, and is single handedly responsible for the rebirth of the brand. The Evolution model was released in 2010, approximately 5 years into the production of the model. The major changes were changes to the finish of the case (matte black ceramic vs ceramic finished in the brushed/polished ways of the original), the inclusion of a genuine carbon fiber dial (the original dial was printed), changes to the markers (stick vs arabic/stick combination) and a new style lined rubber strap.

Mandla Sibs : Hi. I've been looking for this all black version but can't find one in this configuration i.e black crown and pushers. The genuine ones Iam seeing have silver crown, pushers and dial screws. Is there a special name for your watch aside from black magic?
