Canon EOS 650 & EOS 620: How to use - Video manual
A video showing how to use the Canon EOS 650.

Canon EOS 620 followed a few months later and was almost the same but had a few different functions, like double exposures and higher shutter speeds.

Music "Orange" by Topher Mohr and Alex Elena
Natasha Donner : Thank you for a great tutorial! I found this camera in my basement a couple of days ago, it was my fathers in the 80ies :D
Ken Meadows : I'm an experienced photographer and I know may way around a camera but this has been really helpful in explaining what you can and can't do on different modes as well as explaining the confusing "Depth" mode. Thanks
Unus Sed Leo : My late dad bought an early example in 1987. I inherited the camera a few years ago and it is currently loaded with film. It still looks modern, compared to other camera's from the 1980's. Easy to use and all you need is available. Thank you for your indepth tutorial!
utube321piotr : Outstanding video. I am reliving my sentimental experience with 630 that ended 20 yrs ago. This camera is timeless, outstanding design and incredible capability.
Nicholas Goh : Just picked up one and this tutorial was so in depth and explained beautifully, thank you!

ASTActionCam : Man, I got this camera a year ago for 12eur including new battery and delivery and I love it. I'm a canon digital shooter and I felt right at home the second I picked this up. You just can't go wrong with something like this. As you said, maybe the size is a con, but personally I like the feel of it in the hand. Great review, sub'd.
The Next Hobby : For me it was the Elan II (EOS 50) regarding auto focus Canons. To this day it still feels in the hand, looks great, and has great features. They have some known reliability issues, but often can be overcome. Highly recommended. The Elan 7 is a little better but doesn't look as nice. They both are actually core players in my quest to still pursue some EF glass while I also using a 6D and 50D (both also great).
Kurt Clark : This is a GREAT film body! They are inexpensive, built like tanks, and shoot all the way up to ISO 6400. I have two or three of them, all purchased used. I even use a Tamron 10-24mm that was made for crop sensors, and it works fine. I bought a second one when my first 650 started missing shots. Turns out there is a problem with the shutter bumping into a deteriorating foam seal, and it then transfers sticky goo onto the shutter blades. Sticks them shut. It can be cleaned off the shutters with lighter fluid and q-tips. But this is not a permanent or guaranteed fix. The shutter can be replaced and the foam seal removed. My current 650 body is working flawlessly so far and, despite the shutter issue, I would recommend this model to anyone wanting to shoot film using their EF lenses! Thanks for sharing this video.
Bettahalfofme : Great review, I have an M50 but use a few native lenses and adapted EF lenses so I thought this will be a good start at film especially using the nifty 50.
Colin : this is such a high quality review. you should have 363k views, not 363! i'll share with all my friends, thanks for the great advice!
