I've always seen on forums or in videos people talk about rabbets, or rebates as I have also heard them called, but never really knew a purpose for them. But the way you used them to create a space to glue in a hardwood front edge to make the plywood piece look like continuous slab of wood is brilliant. Opens up so many possibilities for me. Thank you for the great content and equally great music.

방구석 공작소 Craft Room : 서랍과 책상의 나뭇결이 딱맞아 들어가는 모습이 감동이네요 나무판을 기계 놔두고 왜 톱으로 자르시는건가 했네요 나중에 보니 나뭇결 맞추기 위해서였군요 잘봤습니다
