Online machine translation is fast and free, but is it really useful? Let’s talk about some problems with machine translation. Mariana Rolo : Being a translator it's a pain when people think machine translation can actually substitute us. What people don't realize is that knowing a language doesn't mean that you just have to know the words. There are many things involved such as grammar and culture and that a machine can't replace. Also, language is constantly evolving. So, my point is and even coming from a professional point of view: machine translation is great, but only if you use it as a tool.
(Btw! I think the reason Naver excludes the "그럼" part, is because it's more of an implicit expression, since it wouldn't make that much sense to write it and it's leaning towards writing speach~ ^^)

Naritru Wireve : Any time Korean translation is brought up I just remember fans who have translated "I'm so excited to see you" and celebrities laughing because the fans didn't know excited in Korean means something completely different lol
이름이몰라 : At some point technology needs to take another step like have an option between a casual and polite translation.. Bcs it is very useful for us being a tourist to any places specially Korea which are strict with honorific .
