(It’s not a knock at the door, it’s your elevated heartbeat that you’re listening to. What is it saying? Basically she’s been waiting for someone and she’s anxious.)

(She is upset and heartbroken and is not being able to tell her story right. She has lost the sense of time and doesn’t know if the person that she loves was here with her yesterday or has it been a while)

(She doesn’t have to feel worried coz even if the fairy-tale didn’t come true she still has magic in her heart. She hasn’t lost it. It’s basically how we question ourselves when somebody leaves us and think that maybe we made a mistake)

(dried roses that you keep hidden in books. This rose is your smile. When will it bloom? When will you smile again? Flowers bloom and muskurahat bhi khilti hai :D)

I was in Chail, Himachal Pradesh for a show and while coming back my team and I found this beautiful place. We loved it so much that we decided to record a live, raw version of my song "Gul" here. We set up a mic, a few cameras, made DIY shoe covers, battled a bunch of spiders and hoped for the best. So here's this one take recording of the song, enjoy. x
