@judif8527 : Love this. Turned 60 last year and been doing TRX for nearly a year now. I feel fitter & stronger than ever, and the fact that people seem to think I'm a trainer is the ultimate compliment. I will take this one to the gym with me this week as a great reminder to some of the moves I am missing. TRX is a great work out at any age, and this video covers all the staples.
