Punchline Media & Events Ltd : Fantastic... Really clear and worked a treat. Thanks!!
Łukasz Ciupa : Great. Short, simply. It works. Thanks a lot.

Masa : Fixed gear riders have been doing this for years. Aggressive track bikes with flat bars are fun as hell. It's nice that ppl are doing it with road bikes now.
Éric Pineau : I really like that bike. It's somewhat close in concept to what I am currently riding which is a performance hybrid. Full carbon, 105 all-around and disc brakes. I am using wider tires, 32. It is surprisingly fast, faster than most people would think but not as fast as a dedicated road bike. At some point, the difference between a road bike and a performance hybrid is getting blurred.
Daniel Raftö : This actually inspired me to do a conversion of my Specialized Tarmac SL6, it has rim brakes and nowhere near such nice components but it'll be great anyhow I think.
C Crawford : A couple of points that were not mentioned in this video.

1. Shimano MTB levers will work with their flat mount brakes. I use M7100 levers with 105 calipers, they work fine.

2. I wouldn't just go straight to a super long stem, without riding around for a bit first.

Bike twitchy-ness are not just due to stem length but about the whole frame geometry. My experience of making flat bar road bikes, is that twitchy-ness can = fun especially while commuting in an urban environment and that adding or removing 20mm of stem rarely has a massive effect on this. Also reach can be made similar to the hoods by choosing flat bars with very little back sweep, while getting wider bars will also make the bike less twitchy.
Andrew Verteramo : Ok so did the flat bar/hybrid bike conversion and the everything you suggested was spot on. I ended up doing 130mm stem for my own preferences Shimano 105 groupset and carbon 740mm flat bar. And I have to say amazing!

Flat response down to 17Hz? We check out the Dynaudio Core 47 & Core Sub

Dynaudio’s Core 47 and Core Sub are high-end studio monitors that have digital inputs and support up to 24-bit/192kHz signals.

The Core 47 sports a three-way speaker – a one-inch tweeter, a four-inch mid speaker and a seven-inch woofer – with class D amplification for a combined 1,150 watts. It extends all the way from 37Hz to 31kHz, and has three room correction settings to compensate for their placements in the studio.

The Core Sub is a matched subwoofer, powered by a 1,000-watt class D amp, whose four nine-inch woofers are able to handle frequencies all the way down to 13.5Hz – with a maximum SPL of 120dB.

IamVenVile : I so wish I could afford these! They're beautifully made, and Dynaudio's attention to detail is unsurpassed. They make some of the best monitors for studio use, and hi-fi home listening. Truly superb!
Yo Ma Ma : Great salesman. Need more like him.
Saar Dean : he forgot to mention that the opposing woofers arrangement like in this sub reduces enclosure vibrations by a multiple of times using impulse compensation resulting in more precision and lower distortion.
Kiet Le : I need the core sub and I need it now
cryptout : This made me smile!
