제주 테디밸리 콘도미니엄 Teddy Valley Golf & Resort, Jeju

제주의 한라산, 산방상, 마라도가 가장 아름답게 보이는 위치에 자리한 테디밸리 골프리조트는 골프장이 자연을 파괴한다는 고정관념을 뛰어넘어 파괴된 자연을 복원하고 공존하는 조화로운 방법을 모색하고자 하였습니다.
남고 북저형의 배치를 통해 산방산의 조망을 극대화한 ‘테디밸리 골프\u0026리조트’는 水, 林, 花의 3개 테마로 영역별 Zoning을 구성하였으며, 남쪽에는 마당이 있는 2층 단독형과 북쪽에는 테라스가 있는 3층 연립형으로 구성함으로써 채광과 조망이 우수한 북고남저형의 배치로 계획하였습니다.
단지 초입에 건축물 배치를 배제한 넓은 진입 오픈스페이스 조성을 통해 진입부에서의 개방감을 확보하였고, 진입부에서 주동의 모서리가 보이지 않도록 곡선형의 주동을 배치하여 동선의 흐름에 따라 다채로운 경관을 조성하였습니다. 입면은 기존 경관에 거슬리지 않는 수평적인 비례를 적용한 심플하고 낮은 매스로 계획하고 제주도의 자연재료를 활용한 외장재 사용으로 자연과 동화된 지역적 건물 디자인으로 조성하였습니다. 또한 색채는 제주 색채가이드라인에서 제시한 제주의 자연색을 기조로 계획하였습니다.

Teddy Valley Golf Resort, which maximized the view of Sanbangsan through south high north low layout, and consisted with three theme zonings (Water, Forest, and Flower). The layout of whole complex is focused on natural light and view through arrangement of the two stories detached house type with court yard on south and the three stories townhouse type with terrace on north.
