CPP - Cast Polypropylene Films

General Properties of CPP films

They are suitable for printing and lamination processes and are used as flexible packaging for different products. CPP films have excellent mechanical strength and optical properties, high puncture and tear resistance.

CPP Films can show the following features;

» Excellent thermal insulation property
» High brightness
» High mechanical strength
» High melting temperature
» High puncture and impact resistance
» High water vapor barrier property compared to PE films
» Optional, one side or double sided thermal adhesion feature
» Suitable for lamination and printing processes
» Superior processing performance in automatic packaging machines
» High resistance to cracking, acids, organic solvents and electrolytes.

CPP films can also be used for the following purposes;

» Bread packages, Pasta, legumes and other dry food packaging
» Textile products packaging
» Medical product packaging
» Pet food packaging
» Frozen food packaging
» Sterilization and pasteurization films
