야마하 비노50 시동불량엔진 헤드 동판가스켓, 워터펌프수리 Vino 50 Engine Head Gasket, Water Pump Replacement [바이크브로 중급자 DIY]

* 수냉식 스쿠터 아침이나 냉간시 시동이 안좋을때 꼭 확인하세요! *
( 엔진 작업시간이 길어 찍었던 많은 내용을 잘라서 알려드리지 못한점 아쉽습니다)
1. 수냉식 스쿠터 냉각수 유입증상 확인하는 가장쉬운 방법은 엔진오일 확인
( 오일을 빼 보았을때 썩은 우유빛깔로 나온다면 거의 99% 헤드 동판가스켓 나간겁니다)
2. 냉각수를 빼보니 역시나 냉각수에도 오일이 유입되어 있는것을 확인
3. 아침이나 냉간시에 시동이 잘걸리는 안는다면 헤드 동판가스켓을 의심하세요.
( 냉각수가 실린더로 유입되어 스파크 플러그 전기가 제대로 튀지않습니다)
4. 엔진을 내리고 엔진 헤드커버를 분해합니다
5. 엔진 헤드를 분해하기위해 머플러 분해합니다
( 머플러가 녹쓸고 구멍이나서 구독자님이 가져오신 신품으로 교환하였습니다)
6. 워터펌프 분해합니다
( 비노50은 워터펌프가 엔진헤드 좌측옆에 붙어 있습니다)
7. 캠체인 텐셔서를 분리하고 캠기어 분해 합니다
( 캠체인 텐셔서를 분리하지않으면 캠기어 분리되지않습니다)
8. 엔진헤드를 분리합니다. 헤드 동판가스켓 확인합니다
( 엔진헤드를 분해하여야만 동판가스켓을 교환할수 있습니다)
( 엔진헤드의 흡기밸브, 배기밸브 상태를 확인합니다)
9. 실린더와 피스톤도 확인후 문제가 있으면 추가로 분해 진행합니다.
10. 분해한 부품들을 전부 깨끗하게 세척합니다
( 세척후 에어건을 이용하여 깨끗하게 말려주세요)
11. 비노50의 경우 워터펌프가 어셈블리로도 판매되고 단품 부품으로도 판매됩니다.
( 비용 절약을 위해 문제가 생긴 베어링과 오일실만 교환하여 수리완료!)
12. 분해의 역순으로 조립진행하고 타이밍포인트 잡고 오일과 냉각수 주입후 시동!
( 약 이틀간 시동 테스트하여 냉각수 문제 해결했음을 확인하였습니다)
