How to Change Ink Cartridges with a Epson Stylus SX125

This short video shows you how to replace a cartridge that your Epson Stylus SX125 printer is unable to recognise or has run out of ink. This can be done using the printer by itself and does not require your computer to be turned on or even connected to your PC.

The Epson Stylus SX125 is compatible with the following cartridges...
Black: T1281
Cyan: T1282
Magenta: T1283
Yellow: T1284

You can also find these cartridges as a multipack under the code T1285. Be sure to only use these cartridges in this printer.

Alex Cole : This video entirely missed the main point of information, so I had to find it elsewhere and fortunately did.  It says to press the "stop" button to get in to cartridge replacement mode, what it fails to mention is that you press the stop button multiple times to cycle between the different cartridges.

Also, if the solid light isn't showing and you still want to replace one, go to "Devices and Printers" (on Windows at least), right click on the printer and select "Printing Preferences"->"Maintenance"->"Ink Cartridge Replacement".  Once that's done, you can use the stop button to cycle through as before.

Silvia ramalho : Bom dia tenho uma tx 135 que adaptei com bulkink com tinta comestível tem como eu fazer para que ela não peça o reset no meio da impressão sendo que tem tinta no reservatório? Acabo perdendo a folha qdo acontece isso. Agradeço muito se responder.
