i Skullz : Glad your bag was packaged properly. I will never order from Holt Renfrew again. I ordered an Alexander McQueen bag, spent over 2k and they sent my bag out in a crumpled up brown box and a practically see through holt Renfrew branded dust bag, no air bags, no tissue paper. I was absolutely shocked, I didn't have the heart to send it back though, that bag went on a shit journey to get to me so I decided I'd show it a loved life for the rest of my days.
