Steve Sanders : He is totally wrong. MLT-D105S has a standard yield of 1,500 pages. MLT-D105L has a large yield of 2,500 pages. Also, the "extended tank" he refers to is present on both MLT-D105S and MLT-d105S. There is no physical difference between the two.
