I made a hole and the ink started leaking from the outlet. The hole has to be very small, otherwise two holes=ink leaks.

Victor Francis : @iamcutewithoutheE maybe the sponge in your cartridge has become harden and won't absorb the refill. The reason might be because the cartridge being empty for few weeks, or months before you done the refilling. Or you have refill it many times; some people said that the sponge can only be refill several times before it become useless; can't absorb ink any more. So, that is the time where you should buy a new cartridge.
