Top 5 Reasons to Live in Irvine, California

Hello! Welcome to my new show, Life Is Fair.

I'm Josh Fair, and I've traveled all around the world, as well as living in the midwest, Hawaii, and the west coast. I created this channel to share my life experiences and wisdom when it comes to living and and traveling to these places around the world.
Life Is Fair : What would you like to know about next? More SoCal living? Anything specific? Let me know!
Yency Martinez : I've been wanting to move there for years now. I hope my dream comes true soon!
W G : I fell in love with CA last Summer when we drove the PCH from San Francisco to Santa Monica. My wife and I plan on moving there in a few years but are unsure about taking the plunge. Do you have any advice?
Lok Chan : Irvine is a city built for family. My family loves it here. Only con is the cost to live here. That new build house at 3:17, its listed at 1.55M now! I'm glad I purchased in July 2021 because I would be priced out of Irvine in 2022.
VILLEGAS76able : Irvine, California is very beautiful location.
