GamingWithMus : I take silica. They say taking pure collagen really doesn't do much. Your body digests it like food and very little is absorbed. However, silica that is consumed is naturally converted to collagen in your body. I can say I have seen a HUGE difference. Plump skin, lips, shiny hair and my joints have never been happier. lol
