Maxime Hue : Finally a fountain pen/stationery channel that has good lighting, NICE shots and good sound. THANK YOU. It's hard to be obsessed with fountain pens and have to go through all the dark, shaky videos ( or just bro videos ).
Gabrielle Garen : I love Miquelrius products and am happy to see other people use them too. They’re wonderful for fountain pens and cheaper than most other fp community recommended notebooks (at least where I live) so it’s great to use for notes I won’t necessarily need to keep and can discard after I’m done with them. Thanks for this nice video!
Stephanie Chatham : OMG I thought I was the only person that does that-I do the same thing with my journals and notebooks!! Some are just too pretty to write in. I also comb the isles of Target and Barnes & Noble for new notebooks, so thanks for the tips! (It’s time to start using my tools instead of just collecting them…)
Cianna Coleman : Good point about great pens vs great paper. I have been a watercolorist most of my life and the #1 thing for that medium is you must have a decent paper because even cheap paint will look good on it vs expensive paint on cheap paper.
I discovered fountain pens almost two years ago and am only just getting round to upgrading to good paper. I have always liked pretty notebooks but have mostly refrained from buying since I'd never use notebooks. Well after falling in love with fountain pens I now look for excuses to write lol.

Mahreen A : I wish all supply/stationary companies were this thoughtful when creating their items. I can never find good stationary where I live

Fun fact: the colored paper also helps with people who have trouble reading. For example, i read easier on a yellow paper then on a white one. It really helps dyslexic people
mereiriz : I tried Japanese stationery for the first time this year and now I don’t think I could come back to the cheap ones we’re used to in the US. This is true quality.
Sherry Cohen : I wish American school teachers learned about Japanese notebooks when they have professional development days. They still insist on using the inferior ones from Walmart, Staples, etc. Worse, in middle school and high school, they are required to buy big, bulky, cumbersome binders as well as notebooks. Even though the kids rarely carry textbooks each day, their backpacks are so heavy. My son is already complaining about back pain.
