Sans Decorum : Never having taken one apart and not knowing how much toner it takes to fill a cartridge, it seems like there was plenty of toner left. Did you take apart a functional cartridge to make an instructional video? Just curious.

kimchee94112 : I'm sure that's not his first rodeo. DIY what can go wrong? I'm sure there will be a missing part, component won't fit back together or some spring thingy fly off to never never land. Steep learning curve, first you need a huge long phillips screwdriver then perfect the Asian squat. That was a miracle, good job!
slow but scattered : Seems like a lot, lot of extra work dissassembling the cartridge compared to using the $7 "soldering iron"-like tool that burns a circular hole in the cartridge. Is there some reason the electric hole-making tool wouldn't work on that cartridge? Mine is a Canon 045 cartridge, from MF634cdw.
