Bosch Cordless Drill Battery Repair PSR 9,6V Not Working

Repairing cordless drill battery that is weak, disassembly, replacing bad cells, assembly, test.
@codebeat4192 : I have the same one but this one had a stuck spindle. To fix the spindle you need to open the second gearbox and remove two lock pins located in the center of the gears. When doing this remove old grease and apply new. Mine has also a faulty battery and I did more destructive job to take it apart. Damn, I wish I watched this video first. It seems be glued at the beginning of the connector. I think I will replace/upgrade the old batteries with Li-ion (18650) and a BMS and a standard power connector to be able to charge it with a regular charger.

About batteries: Never mix old ones with new ones, replace the whole pack with batteries of the same batch. Do not solder on batteries! This can be dangerous and heat can damage the cell. That is why you need to use a spot welder to make SOLID connections. They are cheap so don't risk to use this solder method. There is also no risk of cold solder joints.

Still a great video to show some ideas to fix your older tools instead of buying new. I really appreciate this.
