Why is there no Windows 9?

@SarmadTechLab : Plus if there was a Windows 9.1 Update, then people would refer to it as Windows 9.x which just adds to the confusion.

@ixkyu : for the apple one, it was the 10th anniversary so they wanted to release a phone with a 10 in it
