Every auto I've ever had has come with this warning. How you get around it is, you adjust the time on the watch to outside these hours. Then the date wheel is no longer engaged and you can go for it.

This comment makes it sound like you don't know about watches... which is not apt to inspire confidence.

sweetlemonade123 : I can not decide between this and tag heuer carrera. I had a chance to hold tag in my hands and it's beautiful, I absolutely love it, but the price is little high for me. Never had this hamilton in hands, but they look somewhat similar. Paying 1/3 of the price for similar watch sounds very tempting, though. It's so hard to decide.
