mmdos109 : I have tried to replicate some of what you are doing here exactly step by step but it seems every time I use the avoidance just as you are doing at 6:56 when i preview mine it shows like yours with the addition of extra cuts along the outside and its showing this extra stock in the preview as a big square instead of circular, i just dont understand it, i have my stock setup to the cylinder shape so why does it think it has this extra material in the shape of a square?
Mike O : TOO MUCH TIME WASTED ON THE MILL....I would turn most of it on the lathe, including the center bore and the boss...then just open pocket milling and drilling. but thanx for the dynamic tool path lessons :)
Gump2155 : Quick way to add the circle that went around the part is to add the edge curve like you did but just one small curve is enough. Then analyze entity properties and set arc angle properties from 0 to 360 degrees the just use the divide function to break the arc and your left with nice clean wireframe. First time doing it this way may seem like the longer way but try it a few times and it becomes almost second nature. Have a great day!!

Sainath : i dont find taper in that the holes need to be tapped right
Dan b : The part where you're breaking the lines to do the outer contour won't work You can't break and re add the line What I've found is you have to extend those lines and then add a horizontal line to them . You can do it your way but try to save the file you can't . Unless I'm missing something then it has to be done this way . The lines I'm speaking of are the 225 deg and the 315 degree lines . If you break the original contour line you can't save the solid part it will create an error .
Ps not all of have 2019 or 2020 so the Hole add on solids was only put in as of 2019 I use 2018 . Ps awesome videos I will do the whole thing as I'm still learning thanks so much .
