Comparing the spectrum of CF bulbs with LED lamps, installing some LED lamps, and using a motion activated light switch.

Scrap wood City : Nice, did you notice any strange shadow shapes coming from those led rails?
Toolify : Using the back of a CD as an optical spectrum analyzer is so neat!
Right. How do I make that? : Wow. That's very surprising results. I've always read that RGB LEDs use very narrow spectrums of light, and I've subsequently favored full spectrum CFLs. I had no idea that CFLs were even more narrow than LEDs. Thinking about how they function, however, it now seems obvious.
Matthias Burger : That's nice and scientific! Our physics schoolbooks come with additional CDs - the content isn't useful at all, but it's a simple way to provide all students with optical gratings.

The SUV gets an active grille shutter, 3D tyre deflectors in the lower front fascia and a unique “air curtain” and underbody covers. The SUV gets wraparound LED tail lamps, a roof-integrated spoiler with brake lights and a dual-tone lower bumper.
