Hi-Fi Haven : Great looking amplifier! Love those meters! Great connectivity options on the rear panel. Just have to love that price tag!
Mojo Neko : I bought this amp and the "passive aggressive" speaker kit from parts express a couple of months ago to replace my 20+ year old cheap plastic computer speakers. The improvement is amazing. This may not be an "audiophile" grade setup but it's a huge upgrade to my PC audio system. I'm very happy with it. This was my first speaker build and it went very well, these speakers are amazing for such a small foot print on the desk. I also plugged in the Definitive Tech 8 inch powered "Super Cube" sub woofer I have and it makes for a very nice combo tho the speakers have such good bass they really don't need a sub. Nice system for not a lot of money, perfect as PC speakers.
James Harris : Just ordered mine. Can't wait to get it. I have the Dayton Audio HTA20BT and I absolutely love it. Great sound.
Steve C# : It would be nice if Parts Express actually gave the full spectrum of technical specs for this integrated amp. Such as the watts per channel for 8 ohms and the distortion at that level. What is the damping factor for 4 and 8 ohms? What chip is used for the DAC? A $2 TI DAC chip?
I see that "USB input does not allow for streaming directly from a computer via USB." To me that is a deal killer.
lambrettagod : I received one of these for Christmas, I love it. It sounds very nice playing spotify and vinyl through a cheap wired turntable into some Onkyo s-35's from the '90's. What I need now is a good turntable, preferably BT, how would you connect a Bluetooth turntable to this unit? I don't see a way to 'pair'. Is there a cheat-around?

CASIO MT-70 and Zoom MultiStomp MS-100BT

Just a small small test that I did with cute Casiotone MT-70 and Zoom Multistomp FX pedal. I noticed the CASIO MT-70 at local listings and it cost next to nothing so I grabbed it.

-- SORRY ABOUT THE BACKGROUND HUM --
There is some issues with the power adapter that came with the the instrument. Didn't catch the hum after I had record

MT-70 has just 20 preset sounds and to be honest, most of those sounds rather bland and not any where realistic. Worst might be the brass and chorus sounds. Where this lovely keyboard shines are the organ sounds and bright vibraphone and xylophone sounds. What is special with this cheap little keyboard, is that it has analog drum sounds. The drum sounds are on the thin side and it just plays pre programmed preset patterns, but it has that early 80's retro sound that reminds from early Roland CompuRhythms and Korg's MiniPops and KR-series.
Select Rock 1 pattern, hit play and you cannot help thinking of OMD's Enola Gay.

I originally bought this more as an novelty item, but as soon as I powered it on, I lost couple days with it. It's cute, cool looking, organ sounds are better than on many other cheap casios and the analog drums are nice bonus.
Asif Hussain : The Casio MT-70 was the first keyboard I learned to play in 1981-82. Its display helped me a lot to recognize different chords. It was a wonderful keyboard of that time.
jezzvideo : I had one of these in the 1980s. I hated it at the time because it wasn't a "proper" synth (this was in the age of the Roland Jupiter 8 and the Yamaha DX7). But I noticed that Hot Chip used it on their album The Warning, and it can be seen in the video for Over and Over. It just goes to show that it's not what equipment you have, but how you use it.
irishmusico : You are getting some great sounds out of this.I worked in a shop that sold them thirty years ago. I always loved the analogue drums and the organ sound. It came with a bar code reader and a book of demo songs in bar code format. You scanned the pages and the keyboard would play the songs and the notes would light up as they played, and you could play along. Unique little keyboard.Very nice.
JacobG : I recently picked on of the golden oldies up for just €7,50! I love the sounds of it. Although is misses some knobs, and deserves a good clean, a very good deal!
Tom Pax : Excellent. Also, the lightpen that could read the bar coded songs that came with it, to load them into memory and teach you to play it via led lights above keys. Fantastic little keyboard. Also, the feel of the keys is better than most of what you can buy these days. At least to me.
