I want to push the Ram to max and upgrade to SSD as well probably put a thermal paste as well. Was planning to buy a laptop next sale but I think I should see first the upgrades since I only use browser and read pdf's

Actualmente tengo una laptop samsung 300v3a/ 300v4a/ 300v5a con bios phoenix technologies Ltd. 03FI de procesador i5 2430M con 8gb de ram y hdd de 500gb, compre un i7 2760qm con un ssd de 256 gb para poder tener una mejor experiencia y no tener que comprar un nuevo pc, quería preguntarte si ves factible realizar el cambio del procesador, mi bateria no dura mucho y siempre tengo el cargador conectado a la corriente y el consumo soporta el tdp de los 45w del i7, adicional tengo un ventilador de mesa grande de 5 aspas para no tener problemas con la temperatura, los componentes me llegan alrededor de un mes y queria saber tu opinión y tu consejo si ves factible el cambio de cpu. Muchas gracias por tu atención.

In this video I am going to show you how to repair a Samsung NP300 (NP300E5-T03PT) that would not power on.
The charger had 19V, the charger when connected, had the 19V power rail, but it dropped at a Mosfet (9402GYT - N-Channel) near the battery connector.
I measured the power button and it had no Voltage.
So basically the solution was to change that 9402GYT Mosfet with a new one, but since I didn't have an exact match, the closest I found was a Fairchild FDMC7696.

J- Kabal : Hello, i have the exact same laptop computer. when i plug the charger, it shows green without battery and orange with battery attached. when i push the power button the blue light on the power button turns on and the indicator below the trackpad also show blue and screen dark. no fan spin, no hard drive movement, no power, also tried with HDMI, no activity. i took it apart and cleaned everything, put it back together its the same problem. i left the computer for more than a month and decided to try and turn it on, it turns on okay and everything works fine but then died during windows update and stayed dead with the same problem for more than a month. not the battery, not the screen, not the hard drive, not the RAM, not the charger, not the charger connector. apparently laptop turns on but not on. do you know what the problem will be? thanks.

The same mosfet was broken due to wrong polarity connection (shame on me)
It had no Power at all, after this repair it now works again! Problem is: My battery isn't charging, it says it is, but never exeeds 0%
Amperemeter also says zero amps (while off)
what I found out, when its off and the battery is connected, when I plug it in, the charging indicator won't turn on and it draws Something between 0 and 2.2 amps, it jumps every second from zero to something and then back to zero, all the time
any idea what this could be?
Enrico Lim Matias : how did you fix the restarting after logo? i have the same samsung like you repaired. it has power but after on samsung logo shows, it restarts.

PropulsiveFox : 솔직히 지금까지 인텔 12세대랑 amd 6000시리즈 제품 나온 것들을 보면 이번에는 배터리타임은 amd가 확실하게 이기는 것 같더라고요. 둘 다 아직까지는 고성능에 초점을 둔 노트북용 프로세서 이긴 하지만 확실히 저전력 환경에서 인텔이 amd에 비해 성능 유지가 안되는 모습을 보여주면서 배터리 타임이 중요해지는 울트라북급 제품에는 amd가 압도적일 것이라 예상하고 있습니다. amd는 rdna2 기반 강력한 그래픽이 내장되면서 효율 좋게 나오는 amd를 인텔이 arc 그래픽으로 성능으로 이길 수 있을지 나오기 전에는 모르겠지만 외장으로 하면 전력 효율은 기대하기 힘들죠. 뭐 이런 추측 열심히 해봤자 두 회사 모두 제품이 나오기 전까지는 의미 없긴 하지만요.

용재 최 : 이번 mwc에서 공개한 갤럭시 북2 프로와 프로2 360 디자인 깔끔하고 성능도 좋고 또한 s펜을 지원해서 필기하기도 편할 것 같습니다. 하지만 oled에 fhd는 아쉬운 점인 것 같습니다.
H0r1z0n : 이번에 새로 나온건 북2 360이 그나마 나아 보이네요.
북2 프로 시리즈랑 패널 공유하고(일반 북2 모델은 성능을 알수 없는 LCD 패널이라...왠지 엄청 구린거 썼을거 같네요. ), 펜도 지원하고, 두께/무게도 프로쪽보단 무거워도 엄청 막 무거운 수준은 아니라서 그나마 괜찮은거 같습니다.
좀 가볍고 한거 빼면 프로가 나은게 별로 없어 보이네요...
다음 세대에는 최소한 QHD 수준 패널은 넣어야 할거 같습니다.
갤럭시북은 마케팅만 화려하게 해대고 수준은 여전히 내수원툴 모델인거 같아요;;
