Shaun_A : Thanks so much for this clip! I just did the repair myself, all it cost me was some time and a tiny bit of superglue!
Had to small glitches, one where the solenoid actuator spring came off of the plate, put the printer upright again so that the spring hung nicely and checked the orientation of the plate with the video, and managed to re-hook the spring.
Second glitch was the back cover was not on properly and got the "replace waste toner bin" or something along those lines.
All good now, you're a star thanks again from South Africa!
