박 : 와 미쳤다… 웬만해선 후기 잘 안 쓰는데 진짜 미쳤어요ㄷㄷㄷ
4일 동안 이 영상이랑 안벅지 운동 한 세트씩 했는데 처음 3일 동안은 별로 변화가 없어보이다가 지금보니까 정말 허벅지가 너무 얇아졌어요!! 평소에 다리 딱 붙이고 앉으면 허벅지 사이에 공간이 없었는데 지금은 아무리 힘 줘도 공간이 생겨요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 진짜 짱!!!!

Ah hoho : 예전에,작년에 쌤 영상 따라하며, 수영, 식이요법 병행하면서 20kg다이어트 성공했답니다.허벅지,팔..진짜 감사합니다.지금도 유지하고 있는데 잘 따라하고 열심히 하면서 유지하겠습니다요.
