We use many buckets here in our shops and I dont think we take enough time to clean the stems as you do here. I love the clean uncluttered look of vases in your cooler as opposed to many buckets here. I notice that you use the snips to cut all your stems. Is that customary in your area? I have always been taught since learning to be a designer over 25 years ago, that a knife is used to make a better cut and also to not crush the stem. Do you ever use a knife or prefer the snips?
