jim woods : thank you! i wasn't aware you had to "pinch" out the cartridge you're replacing, in my case, first time changing the black ink cartridge only - when you know how it's easy peazy :) again, thanks!

Arounf point 3mins, did you mean that in this printer you can only take off the used catridge while the printer continues to function without it?
This is an age old irritation of many people with these Epson printers and I have had enough.
Imagine not being able to continue printing in Black because another colour I do not need is empty

세정제를 주입해보니 상태가 호전되더군요.

장근실 : 좋은 정보공유에 감사드립니다. 한가지 궁금한게 있어요. 빨, 노, 파.. 컬러는 프린트가 아주 잘 됩니다. 검정색만 안나오는 경우인데요, 해드 청소할 때 검정색만 해도 무방한지 궁금합니다.

김주환 : 해당 영상에서 알려주신 세정액으로 조치하고 컴퓨터로 헤드청소를 실행하려고했지만, 인쇄기본설정 부분에서 유지보수 상단 탭?이 없어서 실행하지 못했습니다. 윈도우10이라서 해당화면과는 좀 다르고 인쇄기본 설정에서 상단탭은 레이아웃, 용지/품질 뿐이었습니다. 혹시 해결방법이 있을까요?
