판매원으로 일하고 계신 최XX님의 이야기를 들어보았습니다.
장우석 : 나는 돈 없는데도 친절하고 겸손함.
May Son : 스카프 하나 사는데도 설명도 친절하게 보여주시는 것도 여러 품목으로 보여주고 나갈때까지 이쁘게 착용하시라는 직원분께 감동받을때도 있었고 어떤 매장에서는 위아래로 훑는건 기본 물건보여주면서 똥씹은표정으로 이건 얼만대여 ~~ 하는 직원분께 기분상한 적도 있었죠
명품 요새 인기가 많아서 일하기 힘들고 응대 하는 서비스직 자체가 힘든건 이해하지만 정말 그 응대 하나가 브랜드 이미지를 좌지우지한다는걸 좀 참고하면 좋겠네요
