The STEYR HS .50 opens a new era of long-range shooting. The cold hammer forged barrel ensures excellent precision up to a distance of 1500 m. Directly after assembly, the weapon is ready for use. Taking off the barrel complete with optics takes only a few seconds.

Sasaki Somdy : My dream rifle..
Brett Morris : Picked mine up last week and can't wait to go bush and give it a workout. This thing is huge and heavy so I certainly will avoid having to carry it too far. Barrel is held in my only 2 screws and I'm curious how long it'll be before they either break or strip, the case isn't waterproof and I had to take to the foam insert with a knife so my Nightforce 6-32x56 / Barrett BORS combo would fit. I'll probably go buy a Pelican case for it as they are much better quality. The Bi-Pod appears well built but I'm not sure how it'll handle some dust / dirt due to tight fitting parts. On a positive note it came with a complete set of cleaning rod, jags & brushes. I've been told a 2nd mag may cost over $500 though I need to confirm that. I'll try and post up a video in the next week.
newcon : Here's my input on the Steyer HS M1 50cal. I've put 500 rounds through it and 300 of those are reloaded. My powder charge is 223grns. of BMG, projectile weight varies from 650 grns. to 750grn. and an experimental 780grn. fabricated in a local machine shop.
The 750 and 780grn have inarguable accuracy.
As for the weapon itself....muzzle brake loosened and it was only after I tightened it by hammering it with a 3lb sledge hammer would it stay in place.
The major irritation was the fact that the bi-pod attachment broke due to the recoil drag on the feet of the pod itself...I'm referring to the male end that protrudes from the end of the fore stock that the pod slides over. As it turns out the metal is too soft.
I'm redesigning the attachment using harder steel. Other than that this weapon is impressive.
And yes it will bust your front teeth. The first shot I took I busted my bridge and the post it was attached to...went to Clear Choice dental and was told that I have three busted teeth ergo $24,000.00 for upper jaw implants.
Having fun gets to be expensive...but I luv my Steyer 50.

David : dude these headphones are great, been using them for about a month now. really good sound, super comfortable, and a few essentials like a volume dial and a mute button just for $50. Overall I'd give this a solid 9/10, good bang for your buck.

I didn't expect them to sound as good as they do, even after watching this review. I've also found that these sound great with movies, especially if you have Dolby Atmos for headphones. I fired up my blu ray copy of Hacksaw Ridge and watched the battle scene and I was blown away!
Temptor : I've had a pair of these for 6 months now and they are holding up fantastic, even after being stepped on. They sound really good for the price your paying, especially if you have an amp or sound card. I listen to music at 24 bit/ 84000Hz and game at 16 bit 48000Hz. The mic sounds Great and I like the fact you can disconnect the mic if needed.
* People have been complaining about "echo" in the mic. If your using this for PC gaming there is a fix. in WIDOWS 10, Right click the Speaker in task tray (bottom right of desktop)--> Sounds--> goto recording tab--> Right Click Microphone--> Right click Properties--> Enhancements tab --> make sure "Disable all sound effects'' box is checked.
