@olivialynch2991 : I’ve been following your videos since around week 18 of pregnancy. I had a short Labour and positive experience with minimal tearing delivering my baby at 39 weeks, and the OB wanted to know what my secret was so she could pass on to other expecting moms. I credit your exercises to my positive experience and am so appreciative of what you’re doing for this community of women! Looking forward to the post partum series :)
@chelseadavila1527 : I’m on my third pregnancy shortly after my second pregnancy and this is exactly what I needed. Thank you for making me feel like I’m doing something right today ❤
@kristinbrown2329 : I’m on pregnancy #2 and proud mama of a 1 year old. I had a really difficult pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period with my first. My body never had time to recover from pregnancy #1 and my fitness level is poor. This was the perfect level of challenge for me today.

Hoping to do 1-2 like this a week through this pregnancy.
@gabbyg1259 : This is my first pregnancy ever I’m 17 weeks and this workout was amazing. Made my hips and back feel so good as lately they have been feeling pretty stiff than I’m used to! Can’t wait to do more of this!
@iasia219 : I’m only 4 months but thanks to you I already have worked out more than my prior two pregnancies combined lol thank you !

Prenatal Development: What Babies Learn in the Womb

Everything starts the day your mom’s egg meets your dad’s sperm. 4 weeks later, your little brain begins to form. Epidemiologist David Barker says that whilst developing inside our mother, we are receiving ‘postcards’ from the outside world. These postcards tell us if this world is dangerous or safe if food is plentiful or scarce. Knowing nothing else, we learn from those messages. #pregnancy

Prenatal Class - Part 1: Prenatal

Midwife Holliday Tyson teaching a Prenatal Class at Maternity Care Midwives in Thunder Bay, Ontario on January 9th 2015.
@elikapeka5280 : Thank you for this! Many of our newborn/labor classes have been cancelled in light of COVID-19, and I was starting to panic.
@AlyssaMarie-vr8cc : This was a great video. I only had a hard time getting past the partner part because I'm doing this alone. So when she said it was the most important thing in the world my heart broke a little bit. Shout out to all the moms doing it alone - we got this ❤
@RandelleSolomon : Practical highlights for me to come back to and review closer to my due date, but I figure they'll be helpful for others as well!

13:50 Bashful elephant maneuver
23:45 Penguin walk
29:20 Makine cervix more favorable for birth
37:47 Help for back pain/back labor
@breamcelroy : I had my first baby almost 5 years ago and attended an in-person birthing class that was an hour long for 6 weeks and idk, $100 or so. My hospital hosted the class and is really excellent. The trainer was very kind and knowledgeable as well.

I had my second child almost 2 years ago and found these videos as a refresher before going into delivery for #2. I remember these videos being SO much more useful.

Any first-time mommas that aren't able to attend in-person classes, be assured that these videos are A++ and you're going to be prepared as well as any

I'm back again because baby #3 should be here in a week!
@kristinachaney7391 : I love this woman. I really love what she said about partnerships and about men. I'm the one giving birth but my man is going through this with me and becoming a parent for the first time too. I love that she gives good men and fathers their due credit. She's caring and empathetic and knowledgeable, if only every one in health care was as great as this woman!
