Lectric XP E009 fix!
I was surprised by the fused wiring for the electronic controller.
@chadczternastek : Thank you for this. I been getting plagued by E007/009 codes on my bike. Lectric pretty much for the most part is trying to tell me I need to buy a whole, brand new motor. I get the error, turn the bike off, then when I immediately turn it back on, it's fine so it's something that is in and out. It's not for example to where it's final. I don't get the code to where I'm stranded. I've gone 6 miles just turning it on and off and back on. It happens very random so I'll go days where it's not even an issue and I'll have days where I go 200 feet and get the code.
You throw down $1100 for the bike you would think they have some sort of after sales service type program where you can take the bike somewhere to get fixed. You know kind of like a car. Anyone anywhere can fix a car no problem. I have one arm and one leg from a explosion in the Army many years ago so it's a whole hour process just to open the bike to get the battery out and get to the controller. I've tried to undo the connection to make sure the fork like prongs are connected and they are. That fix worked for a month or two.
But this video helped more than anything cause the diagram they sent me was the three wires you have separated. Like you gotta be kidding me they hard wire their bikes so shitty.
The E in e-bikes stands for electric. Like the battery, and the wires are the heart and arteries of the bike and the most important. Like why wire the bike like a high school student in electrical class would do. The wires should be set up so this error is not even an issue. I've seen the Facebook and Reddit groups. This e007/009 code is not just here and there or rare. It's a pretty common issue and there are many videos like this and people complaining. I live in Inverness FL and no one close by will even look at it.
@macdonaldpeebles8782 : Thanks @kivasl! Two of the three green connections were fused/touching. I made it so they weren't touching, removed the key, put the key back in, and tried to power up and apply throttle. It worked! So, now I will wrap the green connections in electrical tape to keep them insulated from one another, and I should be good to go. Thanks again!
@castle6555 : I had the error and had to walk the bike for a mile today. I have not tried the fix yet but I thank you in advance for posting the video.

1. Turn OFF and then ON the power. 2. Remove and then reinstall the Fixing Assembly.
